- Competitive Compensation: Propose adjustments to salary structures, bonuses, and equity grants to ensure they reflect the company’s performance and industry standards.
- Enhanced Benefits: Suggest improvements to benefits packages, such as increased healthcare options, extended parental leave, and more robust retirement plans.
